What is your return policy?

Returns -  We offer a 30 day return policy, returns must be shipped to us within 30 days of your receiving glasses.  You must return with original receipt and packaging, unused.  Refunds are issued only on the credit card or other form of payment used for purchase.  No shipping charges are refundable.

If you feel there is an issue with the prescription, return the glasses with a copy of your Drs. written RX for inspection within the 30 days for a re-check, if the issue was a manufacturing problem the glasses will be re-made at no charge. Please then return the glasses for inspection within the 30-day warranty period. If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, we will remake them for you at no additional charge.

SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Do your glasses have a warranty?

Frame and lenses have a 90 day warranty on manufacturers defects, you must
ship to us at your own cost for replacement.
